Tuscan Designer Estate in Southlake

Our newest client has asked us to help her downsize a bit for a move to California!! A huge estate of 11,000+ sqft offering some of the most beautiful antique and high-end designer pieces combined in one household is now being offered to you! 

In this beautiful Tuscan inspired home you'll find some truly gorgeous new and antique high end home furnishings. These fine items were purchased from great showrooms such as 'Gary Riggs Interiors', 'Christy Drew Designs Inc.' and 'La Montage Fine Art Collection'.

We've tried to include AS MUCH information about pricing to everyone SO THAT there is a clear picture to the quality of these Designer high-end items. All the items in this home are being considered NEW with NO to VERY little wear. The home construction took two years to complete before the family moved in to occupy the house for just a year before moving to California three years ago.. so, again, these items have little to NO wear! We have been able to obtain information on the prices at the original time of RETAIL purchase and have included these along with the STARTING Estate Sale price. Country English Sideboard in chestnut with plasma lift TV, 2 'Hacienda' style arm Chairs & 6 'Hacienda' side chairs with a medium distress finish covered in a  beautiful Carisbrooke-Amber material with bronze nail heads. Large Antique Table over 9' long with tint and wax.. STUNNING! Art- a 48" X 72" oil painting by Thomas titled 'Vineyard'.

There will be some tricks to parking at this estate so PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!! This estate is located on a private drive with a couple of other homes sharing the common drive.
