The Line will form at the front door of the warehouse only.

The line is a physical line. There are no online sign up sheets or numbers handed out. The line will only be at the front door. You must be present at the front door, and hold your own place in line. Chairs or items are not a place holder. Thank you.

No food or drink

*J&M estate sales accepts cash, and credit cards with a 3% fee. We always collect sales tax.
*Items are priced as-is. No warranties. No delivery or help moving.
*Buyers are responsible for moving their own purchases, including furniture and appliances. Bring help!
