If the Senior has already moved into an Independent Living Community and does NOT have enough left to have an ‘in home’ Estate Sale, they still need the money. We buy what’s left and bring it all it to our warehouse then to this Store. With an immediate payment, NO consignments, AND clean the house ready for the house closing / settlement!

At an Off-Site Store location everything is For Sale! Yes, some high-end and antique furniture, art, jewelry and collections… BUT generally, ‘common stuff’ for ‘common people’, gently used items to be used again! Furniture, Appliances (yes; refrigerators, washers / dryers), Home Décor, Books, Jewelry and more…

We Deliver, hook-up and haul-off for a small fee. We help you load your car within reason!

After a 6 years conducting over 240 ‘In Home’ Estate Sales, Partners Scott Petersen and Ty (Tytania) Davidson (ALL ABOUT ESTATE SALES .com) saw the need to help more folks with these type ‘Off-Site’ sales.

Cindy Walden has owned Belle’s Attic on 2978 near 1488 for the last 4 years with great success. Due to congested traffic and 2 lanes to 5 road construction for about a year, she has decided to ‘move on’. She has decided to join efforts with Scott and Ty at a NEW store! Now working much closer to home (allowing more time with the Grandkids), Cindy and Sheena have brought their expertise, experience and excitement to Louetta Road in Spring Texas.
