No Early Birds and/or Pricing Questions before estate sale. Items will be shown only during Estate Sale Event Dates/Times.
No Large Purses or Tote Bags.
No Drinks or Foods Allowed - No Bathrooms Available for Use.
Many Fragile Items, no children under age 10, please. You break it, you buy it policy in effect.
Buyers responsible for removal of purchased items. Bring help for large/heavy items and own transportation as we cannot assist in carrying out, loading or providing transportation.
Please park responsibly, do not block driveways, mailboxes, or pathways, etc.
Entry to the premises is for the sole purpose of attending an estate sale and at your own risk, and in doing so you agree to hold harmless DCP, its agents, representatives and home owners from any and all liability, injury, accidents, damages, incidents and/or occurrences that may directly or indirectly result while in and about the premises or with any item purchased from estate sale.
All Merchandise is Sold As Is, Where Is.
All Purchases are Final, No Refunds or Exchanges.
Tax exempt customers must provide a hard copy of Texas Sales and Use Tax Permit and Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate completed and left on file with us.
