We open at full price and will offer deeper discounts as the sale goes on. Prices are not negotiable on the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.

PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp payments only.

OTHER TERMS:
Bring loading help. We DO NOT move heavy items to cars/trucks. Bring your own moving crew and moving equipment. We will not have a moving dolly on the premises.
NO Children.
Not responsible for accidents.
Everything is sold AS IS / WHERE IS.
No large purses or backpacks.
Any items paid for and not picked up will be donated to a local charity.
Examine the items carefully as there are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES.
