If you have written checks with us in the past we will accept CHECKS
CREDIT CARDS with an additional form of ID, i.e. valid driver's license. There will be a 3% service charge added to all credit card transactions.
No large bags, purses or pocketbooks in the sale, please leave them in your car.
We reserve the right to ask you to open your bag and inspect it during the sale.
We may limit the number of people in the house at one time.
No Children under 13 years of age will be admitted into the sale.

I can not stress this enough......Bring your own furniture movers, man power, weight lifters and trucks. We don't deliver or remove or load your heavy items!

Dealers must show your tax license.

Before spring break we had a two day sale in this house. Most of everything was sold at that time. but we do still have some beautiful items, so the family is asking us to hold another one day sale to sell of what is left. Again there will be no signs out to lead you to this sale, therefore follow your GPS or call for better directions from one of Alta Luna Estate Sales Staff.
