PICK UP DETAILS, PLEASE READ:
All bidders must be available to pick up their items on the scheduled pick up dates, unless they will be electing to have their items shipped through the Live Auctioneer's Live Shipping option. The invoice must be paid in full prior to scheduling a pick up appointment. Pick up time slots will be offered to winning bidders in order of invoice payment.
Pick up will be by appointment within the following dates and times:
Monday, July 13th 4pm-7pm. Tuesday, July 14th 5pm-8pm. Wednesday, July 15th 9am-12pm.
Bidders must bring all necessary packing materials, as well as tools and help for large items. Loading assistance will not be provided by Elite Estate Sales Inc. Some large items will be located on the second floor. Elite Estate Sales Inc. will not refund payments based on inability to pick up, load, or transport an item.

It is the bidder's responsibility to verify the value, condition, description, size and age of any item or lot before placing a bid.
Elite Estate Sales Inc. provides item descriptions, conditions , and information to the best of their ability and knowledge, but does not list every flaw. Expect normal signs of wear with antique and used items. All items are sold as is and where is. Elite Estate Sales Inc. encourages all bidders to reach out with any questions or concerns regarding any items or lots before placing a bid, and will do their best to provide any further information needed or desired.
Elite Estate Sales Inc. reserves the right to set increments and reserve prices, accept or reject bids, and postpone or cancel any auction as necessary.
Please read the description carefully and look at all of the images. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
A Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to all hammer prices.
Buyer pays all credit card or bank transfer fees associated with the use of Live Payments. Please refer to this auction's payment policies for those processing fees.
Buyer pays all shipping costs. No item will be shipped before it has been paid for in full, including sales tax, Buyer's Premium, shipping fees, payment processing fees, and the hammer price.
All shipments will be made through Live Shipping. No third party shipping arrangements will be allowed. All shipments will be fully insured and tracked through Live Shipping.
This auction allows local pick up.
