We get many calls a day to help folks liquidate their Estates before ‘moving on’! From most, there is a reason that an Estate Sale cannot be held… they still need the money, so we do a ‘buyout’. Packing it all up and moving it creates much labor and transportation expense! It ALL must be sold to pay them for their transitioning. For these services, we have a ‘Brick and Mortar’ Store AND Warehouse. We perform ‘on site’ Estate Sales at the home almost every week… sometimes two (AllAboutEstateSales.com). At these locations, we do NOT offer ‘leftovers’, if an items does not sell at the Estate Sale – Why would we want it at the Store or Warehouse? These are true Buyout items. With limited RETAIL square feet, it would NOT be good to sit a generator next to a leather sofa… a table saw next to a china cabinet… a rake and shovel next to silverware! These items and the like are offered for sale at the warehouse periodically; THIS IS THIS SALE!
