ALL INTERNET BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF SALE.

1. You must be registered for at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the sale in order to participate.

2. The Buyer's Premium is 20% for all internet purchases

3. All property must be paid for within 7 business days of receiving your invoice. Invoices will be sent via email within the week following the auction.

4. Shipping is provided through the live shipping feature. Lavender & Sage will package and ship items unless it is too heavy or requires full house assistance. Please check your invoice for your shipping quote.

5. The absence of condition remarks in the lot description DOES NOT mean the item is in perfect condition. Prospective buyers are in ALL CASES responsible for determining the physical condition of lots. All items are sold AS IS and there will be NO returns based on condition.

6. Registered bidders accept all personal liability to pay the purchase price, including the buyer's premium and all applicable taxes, plus all other applicable charges.

*IMMEDIATE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED* A 20% Buyer's Premium is added to the hammer price of each item sold for internet live buyers / interned bidders. In the event that a credit card is used for payment, a Convenience Fee of 3% will be assessed. Credit cards will only be accepted for All Domestic & most International invoices for $10,000 or less. INTERNATIONAL payments must be made via credit card or bank transfer. 3% Convenience Fee must be added to total as it is not automatically calculated for credit card. Items will not be prepared for shipping until payments have cleared which can take up to 5 business days for certain amounts and banks). All property must be paid for within 72 hours of received invoice unless otherwise arranged in writing with an authorized staff member from Lavender & Sage. In the event of nonpayment, your agreement to bid online is authorization to charge your credit card for purchases and all additional charges, including the online Buyer's Premium. Auctioneer may impose, and the purchaser agrees to pay, a 1.5% per month late charge on the total purchase price on invoices that are outstanding over thirty (30) days after the date of the sale. All gold, silver, bullion and/or fine jewelry lots or invoices containing said lots MUST be paid for via wire transfer or cashier's check, no other forms of payment, including credit cards, will be accepted.

Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the auction, bidders agree to these Terms & Conditions, including any announcements or notices made during the auction.

Hereinafter, Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales is referred to as the Sellers agent. The
owners or others authorized to sell the items are hereinafter referred to as Sellers. The person or persons acknowledged by the auctioneer to be the highest bidder on an item shall be hereinafter referred to as
the Buyer or Buyers.

2. Registration: Bidders must be at least 18 years old for long guns and 21 years old for handguns. A valid photo ID, address, phone number, and email are required for registration at least 48 hours before the auction.THESE LIVEAUCTIONEERS WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (WITH THE LIVEAUCTIONEERS PRIVACY POLICY AND LIVE.PAYMENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS), TOGETHER WITH ANY EXHIBITS OR ADDENDUMS, PROPOSALS, ORDER FORMS, SERVICE ACTIVATION FORMS, PRICE SCHEDULES, POLICIES, OR OTHER SUPPLEMENTAL DOCUMENTS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE AND PUBLISHED BY LIVEAUCTIONEERS FROM TIME TO TIME CREATE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT (THE ?AGREEMENT?) BETWEEN LIVE AUCTIONEERS, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES (COLLECTIVELY, ?LIVEAUCTIONEERS?) AND THE USER OF THE SERVICES AND THE SITE (COLLECTIVELY, ?YOU? OR ?YOUR?), WITH RESPECT TO YOUR USE OF THE LIVEAUCTIONEERS SERVICES AND THE LIVEAUCTIONEERS SITE. THESE TERMS ARE A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN LIVEAUCTIONEERS AND YOU. BY USING LIVEAUCTIONEERS SERVICES AND ACCESSING THE LIVEAUCTIONEERS SITE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. LAVENDER & SAGE BOUTIQUE ESTATE SALES ALSO ADOPTS THESE POLICIES AS A MEMBER OF LIVE AUCTIONEERS.

YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND THE PRIVACY POLICY (THE ?PRIVACY POLICY?) AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS BEFORE DOWNLOADING OR USING THE LIVEAUCTIONEERS SERVICES OR ACCESSING THE LIVEAUCTIONEERS SITE.
ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT: (1) ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE ELECTRONICALLY DURING THE REGISTRATION OR SIGN-UP PROCESS AND/OR UPON LOGGING ON TO USE THE SERVICES OR (2) USING THE SERVICES AS DESCRIBED HEREIN. THROUGH ANY OF THESE ACTIONS YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
We strongly recommend that, as you read the Terms, you also access and read all linked information, as well as the listing of Auction Terminology.
LiveAuctioneers or Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales may change the terms of this Agreement from time-to-time. If we make any changes to the terms of this Agreement, we will notify you by revising the last updated date at the top of this Agreement, and, though no further notice shall be required, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to your invoices, sending you an email notification, or providing a banner notification on LiveAuctioneers' website(s)). Your continued use of the Services shall constitute your consent and agreement to, and acceptance of, the changes. Updated versions of the Agreement will be posted on the LiveAuctioneers web site and changes will be binding on you on the date they are posted as set forth herein. Updated versions of the Agreement will supersede all previous versions of the Agreement as well as any previously agreed upon terms of service to the extent they are inconsistent with the updated Agreement. Accordingly, you are encouraged to periodically review our Terms for any such changes and/or amendments.

3. Title Transfer: Ownership transfers to the highest bidder when the auctioneer?s hammer falls. Buyers assume all responsibility at that point.

4. Bidding: The auctioneer has the final say on bids and may reopen bidding in case of disputes. In-person bids take precedence over internet or absentee bids in applicable. Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales is not responsible for technical issues affecting bidding.
Consignors are prohibited from bidding on their own items. Any attempt to manipulate the auction may result in item withdrawal and further action.
The auctioneer determines the highest bidder and may reopen bidding in case of disputes. In-person bids take precedence over Internet or absentee bids. In tie cases between internet bids, the auctioneer has the final decision. Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales may remove disruptive attendees and is not liable for bid errors or technical failures. If utilities or internet services are interrupted, the auction will pause until restored. Consignors may not bid on their own items or use agents to do so. Violations may result in item withdrawal.
In case of identical bids, the earliest received bid takes priority. Bids not in proper increments will be rounded down to the nearest increment.
Online Bidding: Online bidding is available through Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales hosted on live auctioneers website and cross listed on applicable third-party platforms. Additional platform fees may apply. In-person bids take precedence over online bids. Due to the fast pace, the auctioneer's call is final, even if an online bid is not processed in time. Accidental bids remain the bidder's responsibility.
Invoices are sent within 72 hours, including applicable fees. Bid verification is available two business days after the auction. Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales does not share bidder information.
6. Reserve Prices: Some lots may have a confidential reserve price. The auctioneer may bid on behalf of the seller until the reserve is met and may indicate if bidding against the reserve.
7. Buyer's Premium and Taxes: A 20% buyer?s premium applies to bids. Third-party bidding platforms may charge additional fees to be paid by buyer. Tax-exempt buyers must provide valid resale permits to Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales at least five days before the auction. Refunds for taxes are possible within four business days if proper documentation is provided.
8. Payment: Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and wire transfers. We do not accept PayPal, cash app, Venmo, etc. Invoices must be paid within 7 business days of their receipt. Late payments incur storage fees of $50 per item per month. After 90 days, unpaid items may be resold, with proceeds applied to outstanding balances. A 25% restocking fee applies if a transaction is canceled.
Credit Cards: Online payments are accepted only from the buyer named on the invoice. Chargebacks are not permitted. Credit card fraud will be reported to law enforcement.
Checks: Returned checks incur a $35 fee. First-time check payments may require a bank letter of credit.
Non-Payment: Failure to pay may result in legal action and a permanent ban from future auctions.
9. Shipping: Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and billed on the invoice. Modern firearms must be shipped to an ATF-licensed FFL dealer. C&R firearms may be shipped to the address on a C&R license if allowed by state law.
FFL Responsibility: Buyers must arrange transfers with their receiving FFL, who must submit a current FFL copy for each invoice to sales@LSBauctions.com.
International Shipping: LSB does not ship firearms outside the U.S. International buyers must arrange export and assume all risk and duties. Oversized items may incur additional fees.
Shipping Damages: Report damages immediately with photos of the packaging before and after opening. Claims require evidence for processing.
Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS & RETURNS Buyer accepts responsibility for examining any item offered for sale, investigating its background and informing himself/herself of these matters necessary to evaluate the item as a potential purchase.
Address and Timing: Verify your shipping address on the invoice. Items generally ship within 1 to 14 business days after payment and FFL receipt if applicable.

Insurance and Oversize Fees: Insurance will be billed at 1% of the hammer price. Oversized items may incur additional fees.
Ammunition: Ammunition ships separately and may incur extra charges.
Delivery: All firearm shipments require an adult signature. Buyers are responsible for redelivery fees if needed.

10. Protected Species: Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales is not responsible for items containing protected species materials (e.g., ivory, tortoise shell, crocodile skin, coral). Buyers must comply with all applicable laws, including CITES, ESA, and MMPA.
Some states, including California, New York, and New Jersey, restrict the sale of such items. International buyers should check their country's import laws before bidding. Obtaining permits or licenses is solely the buyer?s responsibility, and Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales cannot assist with this process.
Delays or inability to obtain necessary permits will not justify canceling a purchase or delaying payment. Buyers agree to adhere to all restrictions as a condition of the sale.
11. Warranties & Representations: Bidders are responsible for requesting information and inspecting items before bidding. In-person bidders must note discrepancies before leaving. Online or absentee bidders should inspect items upon receipt and report major issues within 28 days of the auction. Late payments or actions that delay delivery void the guarantee.
Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales will not be responsible for omissions or errors in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. "Repro", when noted in item listing, refers to that item being a reproduction item. No statement made in any advertising or informational materials for auction, nor made orally or online is intended to be a warranty or guarantee of the age, condition, quality, provenance or origin of any item offered for sale. .It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to carefully inspect and determine condition, age, value, and any other determinative factor. Online and off-site bidders understand and acknowledge that they are limited to the images and descriptions given for their inspection, and any requests for additional information MUST be submitted at least 48 hours before auction begins.
All lots are sold as is, and without recourse and neither Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales nor its consignor makes any warranties or representations, express or implied, with respect to such lots. Prospective buyers are strongly advised to examine personally any property in which they are interested, before the auction takes place, to determine its authenticity, provenance, condition, size, and whether or not it has been repaired or restored.
Neither Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales nor its consignor makes any express or implied warranty or representation of any kind or nature with respect to merchantability, fitness for purpose, correctness of the catalogue or other description of the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, importance, medium, material, genuineness, attribution, authenticity, provenance, period, culture, source, origin, exhibitions, literature or historical significance of any lot sold. Neither Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales nor the seller is responsible in any way for errors or omissions in the catalogue or any supplemental material. Buyers are responsible for satisfying themselves concerning the condition of the property and the matters referred to in the catalogue entry. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS & RETURNS Buyer accepts responsibility for examining any item offered for sale, investigating its background and informing himself/herself of these matters necessary to evaluate the item as a potential purchase.

Buyers are solely responsible for firearm safety. Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales recommends a qualified gunsmith inspect firearms before use and assumes no liability for damages, injury, or death resulting from misuse or defective merchandise.
12. Firearms Transfer and Eligibility: All firearm transfers comply with applicable laws. Buyers must ensure they can legally own firearms before bidding. Ineligibility does not void the purchase, and a 25% restocking fee applies for failed transfers.
Buyer of Record: Firearms transfer only to the registered buyer; no re-invoicing is allowed.
13: Denial of Transfer: If an FBI/NICS check results in a denial, buyers remain responsible for payment. The firearm will be resold at a future auction. Appeals are allowed with a 30-day grace period, after which storage fees apply.
NFA Transfers: NFA items require an FFL and SOT for processing. Payment is required even if ATF denies possession.
14. Liability: Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales is not responsible for errors in descriptions or any resulting losses. The auction may be canceled or postponed at Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales discretion.
Safety: All firearms are sold as collectibles without safety guarantees. Buyers should have them inspected by a certified gunsmith before use.
Denial of Sale & Withdrawal: Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales reserves the right to deny sales or withdraw items without liability.

15. We (Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales) are not responsible of shipping delays, shipping errors, or item not delivered or lost by shipping company.

16. If review is left with the intentions of Blackmail or for any other purpose we reserve the right to have it removed.

17. Please remember, Lavender & Sage Boutique Estate Sales and it?s representatives are solely responsible for selling items, we will do our best to provide accurate descriptions but we are not authenticators.
