Cash is the preferred method of payment. However due to the expensive nature of some of the equipment, cashier cheques or banque letters of credit will be honoured. We offer these amazing items on " as is where is basis " with no warranties offered or implied. Please make sure your are satisfied with your purchases as there will be no returns or exchanges offered. This sale will be conducted in a warehouse/office setting and come attired in comfortable clothing as there might be dusty areas or a chance one might get a bit dirty. We are not responsible for any accidents and please no children under 15. The Wuhan Protocols will be followed and all persons must wear a face covering. We might have a few extra if needed. We also will allow only 5 to 9 people at a time.

Estate sale moved off site to warehouse office complex in Stafford Texas.
