Most Important 'Rule' - Meet People, Have Fun and know that you are helping a family in transition. We appreciate your support.
1. Most items are priced; however, some may not be. Please make us a reasonable offer! The way our sales work - there will be an attendant in every room to assist you. If you need something held, let us know. We will put it at the holding station until you are ready to check out. ALL ITEMS need to be written up on a receipt before checking out. So please see an attendant to have your receipt written up first before checking out. This cannot be done at the cashier's station. WE WILL BE TAKING ZELLE, CASH AND VENMO
2. Accepted forms of payment are - ZELLE, CASH AND VENMO
3. No prices given prior to sale - Most items will be priced, however any items that are not ALL REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED
4. No pre-sales.
5. Items must be removed without damage to the house BY THE END OF THE SALE AT 12PM
6. Please bring muscle for loading of large items, due to liability reasons we are unable to load furniture.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by the end of the sale!
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards, or block mailboxes.
11. No public restroom.
****12. Our sales are priced fairly from the beginning. We want a good deal for you and our client. As a policy, we do not offer discounts on the first day.
*****PLEASE DO NOT LINE UP OUTSIDE MORE THAN 1 HOUR PRIOR TO THE SALE TIME.
No large bags or purses. No strollers or children under the age of 14. Many fragile items, so please bring your own supplies for wrapping, moving and disassembling all items purchased. No food or drinks allowed inside the home.
All sales are final. He excepts all major credit cards in cash. No checks accepted.
We will charge 8.25% for tax amount. No returns available. All sales final.
