Auction Terms & Conditions All items sold "as-is" "where-is". No refunds, exchanges, or returns. Make sure you are aware of all terms and conditions. ALL SALES FINAL. We do our best to describle all items but cannot guarantee our descriptions are perfectly worded. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. Nothing can beat a personal inspection and preview of items. Please attend preview and take copious notes for yourself. All bids are a contract for payment. If you bid you will be required to pay upon winning your items. Invoices are emailed with pick up instructions. Payment is made in person cash/credit card. Credit cards are taken for invoices over $20.00 15% internet premium is charged up to 2 day pick up is offered. All items must be picked up by the last day or Hibid is notified of non payment. All items in estates are considered pre owned and used. There may be normal and wear and use on all items and auction company is not held responsible for this. Shipping provided by UPS Store Bellaire TX. Items are picked up and the UPS Store will call bidders to arrange pick up.

Auction company does not provide moving, hauling or lifting for items. Sales tax is charged unless a tax exempt form is provided at pick up. Out of state bidders do not pay sales tax. Bidders must adhere to pick up schedule. No exceptions are made. Auction company does not hold items. Negative feedback will be reported and bidders may be turned over to collections for non-payment of invoices. Please do not bid if you are unable to pay for or pick up your items!
