Arrival:
- Street parking is available on first-come, first-serve basis.
- Please don’t park in the driveway unless loading furniture / large items.
- Numbered tickets will be handed out to shoppers each day starting at 6 am; this will preserve your spot in line until 8 am, when sale starts. We don’t honor “sign-up lists” kept by shoppers before the sale begins each day.
- House has capacity limit of 25 guests, additional guests will need to wait outside and will be let one-by-one as earlier shoppers leave.

Shopping:
- We are not responsible for accidents.
- No food or drinks in the house.
- If you break or damage an item, you must pay for it.
- Please don’t steal; please don’t switch price tags.
- All items are sold “As-Is.” There will be no refunds / replacements after purchase. We may call out details about items if we find it relevant. This is done on good faith, based on what we know about the item (for instance, if we know the functionality of an electronic device, we will call it out). It does not serve as a guarantee that we are right, or that there are no other issues with the item. Please examine all items carefully before purchase.
- We don’t allow “Sold” stickers except our own. We are happy to provide these upon request. You are obligated to purchase the item if you ask for a “Sold” sticker for it. Otherwise we cannot hold items so you can decide later whether or not to buy.
- If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please put it back where you got it, or let us know so that we can return it to where it belongs.
- Please remove all purchased items from premises by closing time on day of purchase.

Payment:
- We prefer Zelle payments for smaller purchases (under $250).
- For larger purchases (more than $250), we prefer cash payments.
- We can accept debit / credit cards with proper ID.
