Estate Sale By Estate Liquidators

Wow, what a sale, this week !!!

The sale will be Friday and Saturday, April 5-6, 9:00a.m.-2:;00p.m., both days. We’ll be at 1516 Camellia, in Sweeny. 

Wait, I hear y’all,”Oooooh, Sweeny is SO far !” no, it’s really not. Y’all will fight the yukky traffic, to go to Pearland, or The Galleria, so Sweeny is just a hop. come on, make it an adventure ! Good places there, for lunch, too !

The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00 on Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling in folks around 8:45.

Camellia is Off Ashley-Wilson Road, past the light at Main Street,(FM 524). Please don’t block driveways, or the street.

There will be no children allowed in the sale areas, the house, patio, and garage, are all very crowded. The home is sold, 

and the floors are new. Please don’t drag furniture items across them. 

No large purses, backpacks, carriers, or strollers will be allowed into the sale.

We do accept credit cards.

There will be no discounts on the gun prices.

Large or bulky items will be marked with two-part tags. If you wish to purchase an item, take the BOTTOM half of the 

tag off, and hold onto it, until you check out. If you change your mind about purchasing the item, please find one of the 

EL workers,(we’re wearing shirts with “Estate Liquidators” printed on them), and give them the tag to reattach.

Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, haulers, nor pack mules, for your large or heavy items. You need to make 

arrangements to have your items carried. We’ll be happy to give you the number of a very reliable local mover.
