Mary Belcher Estate Sale

This is not a huge sale, but it is loaded with really good items.  Come see us and check out the nice pieces of furniture, the large toy collection and the great assortment of tools and lawn equipmet.

FURNITURE:

There is a king size, split sleep number mattress in a beautiful 4 poster bed.  A 10' (with leaves) dining table with 8 chairs.  Two (2) leather rocker/recliners in very good condition.  Very comfy.  A 6' leather sofa and a 6' cloth sofa.  A very nice octagonal coffee table and several table lamps.  There is a crib in excellent condition. Two comfy arm chairs and a 9'x12' (estimated) area rug.  Also included is a console housing stereo equipment.

GUNS AND AMMUNITION

There is a nice gun collection and lots of ammunition.  Pictures of the guns will be posted next week.  There is also a collection replica of a Traditional Muzzle Loader Pistol.

VINTAGE ITEMS:

You will find a wonderful old quilt.  Hand quilted ad full of charm and character.  There is a collection of oil lamps and a collection of green Ball canning jars with lids.  There is a large collection of vintage kitchen items including some wonderful old rolling pins and a Sheffield Cutlery Set.

CHRISTMAS DECOR:

The sale has the usual assortment of Christmas goodies as well as several Christmas trains.  There are some very nice outside items.

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS INSIDE:

Fire place screen, end tables and miscellaneous chairs, lamps, mirrors, wall decor and lots of glassware, ceramics and crystal pieces.  There are bed and table linens, clothing, and picture frames.  

TOY COLLECTION:

There is a large collection of toys.  Most are in excellent condition.  You have to come see these.  They would make wonderful gifts for your little ones.

BOOKS

There is a large collection of children's books, including an entire set of Thomas the Train books.  There are some vintage book as well.

OUTSIDE AND IN THE SHOP

This sale offers a Brinkman gas grill and Master Bilt Sportsman Elite smoker and several metal plant stands and shelves. The lawn equipment includes a lawn mower, weed eater, spreader, pole saw, edger, wheel barrow, rolling hose reel and lots of shovels and other tools.  In the shop and in the garage are multiple plastic and metal shelving units and 3 very nice work tables. Tools include chain saws, circular saws, radian arm saw, mitre saw, drill press, a vice and router with table.  There are 3 metal filing cabinets, a utility cart, metal ramps, two rolling dumpster type trash cans, a power washer, a generator, and a large collection of Borden milk crates.

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT:

Included is a tub transfer chair, a bedside potty, a Drive rolater walker, two wheelchair lifts (for a vehicle); one manual, one hydraulic. There is also an electric chair, which needs some work.
