• Kathy's Kollectibles Estate Sales staff and the owner will not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries incurred.
• We will NOT be able to provide assistance with loading furniture/large/heavy items.
• Every item is sold 'AS IS'!!!
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!
• NO LARGE BAGS!
• No early birds!
• No prices quoted prior to sale!
• Bring your own HELPERS, dollies, furniture pads, and trailers. We have some boxes and wrapping material for smalls but, they will go fast.
• No public restrooms
• Children must be supervised at all times

SALE WILL OPEN AT 9:00 AM SHARP! Building does have A/C.
We have insufficient display space to put out all of the small items, so those will be restocked nightly.

PARKING:
DO NOT park in the Temple Feed store parking lot!
There is construction underway all around the building. Do NOT park next to or in front of orange traffic cones or driveways!
Usually, there are no cars parked on 2nd street one block east of the building. There are numerous "2-hour" parking spots on the streets north and east of the building, but, on Friday they will fill-up early due to workers. Parking on Saturday and, especially on Sunday, should be less of a problem.
