We accept cash or cards. Please bring helpers to move furniture. We are not responsible for accidents. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking. There are times when the family changes their mind about selling something and removes it from the sale. We have no control over this but we will remove any pictures of said items immediately if that happens.

Man this sale has been hard on us!! We've been without AC for a week, last Saturday there was a fire in the building, then Monday night we had a flood!! Talk about a challenge! Thankfully all these things have been dealt with and we are almost ready to go!

We have a hoarder estate sale that we could not have at the location plus an apartment rented by a contract nurse so we have moved it to a building right across the street from our shops. We have packed the 2700 square feet! Here is a list of some of the items we have available.
