Please No On Street Parking - Ample parking is available behind the main house in the field near the Shop. Please use caution when entering and exiting the driveway. It is quite narrow making it hard for vehicles to pass in certain areas. Please look for oncoming traffic before entering or exiting.

This sale is in a rural lakeside setting. There is a healthy Deer population in the area. Please use caution when driving as they may be in the roadway. Being a rural area there are plenty of critters that pinch, sting or bite. Please be aware and remain in the designated sales area. When looking at outdoor items please be observant.

Sometimes the family changes their mind about an item for sale, we have no control over this and and appreciate your understanding. When this happens we attempt to remove the item from adds as quickly as possible.
