Due to the death of both parents all items have been removed from storage and moved to heir's large garage. Only the items on garage & driveway are for sale. NOTHING is for sale inside the home. Parking is only in front of home, do not use alley way. Please come thru the side gate that is open. There are nearly 3000 plus items in this sale, mostly small items with some furniture. This is a cash only sale. Lots of small collectibles, at the time for this listing we still have not gone thru numerous unopened boxes. Garage is cramped and not much space between tables. Please no large handbags or pack backs due to crowed area. Bring your own help in wrapping and carrying out items. Again, nothing in the home is for sale, only the items in the garage and driveway and sunroom. This is a sale you will want to come see and brows. Remember you need to park out front and enter thru side gate. DO NOT use alley due to neighbors needing to get out.
