ESTATE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for shopping our estate sale! Please review the following before purchasing:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties will be provided.

PAYMENT
Cash and approved electronic payment methods are accepted. Payment must be made in full before any item is removed from the property. We accept VENMO and Zelle- NO personal checks.

PRICING & HOLDS
Prices are as marked unless otherwise stated. Items will not be considered sold until payment has been received. We reserve the right to decline unreasonable offers.

ITEM PICKUP
Purchasers are responsible for removing and transporting their purchases. Please bring your own help, tools, boxes, packing materials, and appropriate vehicle for larger items.

LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS
We are unable to provide assistance with moving or loading furniture or other heavy items. Buyers assume responsibility for safely removing purchased items without damaging the home or property.

DAMAGES DURING REMOVAL
Buyers are responsible for any damage they cause to the home, property, or other items while removing their purchases.

SAFETY
Please use caution while on the property. Watch your step and supervise children at all times. Do not enter areas marked private, closed, or off-limits.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please keep purses, wallets, phones, and other personal belongings with you. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced personal property.

NO EARLY SALES UNLESS ADVERTISED
Please respect the posted sale dates and times. Early entry or early purchasing will only be permitted if specifically advertised.

PURCHASED ITEMS
Once an item has been paid for, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility. Purchased items must be removed by the agreed-upon pickup deadline. Items left after the deadline may be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW ITEMS
The family reserves the right to remove an item from the sale before it has been purchased.

BE RESPECTFUL
This is a family estate, and many of these items have been collected over a lifetime. Please treat the home, belongings, family members, other shoppers, and neighbors with respect.
