This estate is like a step back in time. We have found so much that we will have two separate sales at this property. The second part will be in April.

The owner of this 1937 farmhouse was just a few days shy of being 100 years old. She was a  knowledgeable and gifted doll maker and porcelain painter. Even though the house is within the city limits you can still feel the original farmhouse vibe and the property is a treasure chest of rural and vintage finds. Since we combined this sale with the contents of some rural barns you have true shabby chic , vintage, collectibles and unique finds.

The estate offers:

-Several vintage chests and tool boxes

-Large wooden grain bin

-Several metal sewing machine bottoms

-Outdoor Redwood table and two benches

-Hand-crafted and aged farm benches, shelves and cabinets
