This estate sale of Ms Pollyann Powers offers you fabulous art pieces from John Bethel Powers (1919-2005), well known artist who was born in Oklahoma and spending life in Texas and the Southwest. He studied in California, New Mexico focusing on landscape painting with favorite scenes of Texas Hill Country. Painting throughout Texas, Colorado, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada and California. His work was exhibited across the US and hung in the US Senate Building. He was a pupil of A D Greer, Dr Merlin Enabnit, A L Browning and others. Mr. Powers was an environmental engineer turned full time artist. Pollyann is the daughter in law of the late John B Powers. One piece of oil on board is of A D Greer. One piece by artist Merlin Glen Enabnit and two pieces by Nancy McLaughlin. Other items in this estate sale include bedroom items, sofa, glass top dining set, Mikasa Margaux of the Mikasa fine ivory collection. A large selection of ladies clothing from casual to formal in sizes medium to large. A large selection of jewelry, hats, shoes and handbags. Krugerrand 24K gold men and ladies rings.
