*Please understand that our first priority is to get the best value for our client, not to provide the best deal. We have thoroughly researched our asking prices and stand by them. There may be instances where we offer discounts or opportunities to bid on items, but we reserve our right to make these selective opportunities.
*Prices are NOT negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale after the first day.
*We will not give out prices over the phone or by email before the sale.
*Clients can and sometimes do remove items from the sale. We will do our best to update photos and post items that have been removed.
*Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any advertisements written or oral.
*Please be thoughtful to those around you. No bad behavior will be tolerated.
*Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
*No backpacks, or larger purses will be allowed into the home
*We reserve the right to restrict the number of shoppers in a venue at any given time.
*Doors will open at the published time, not before.

*All sales final. Everything is being sold as is, where is, with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees. NO REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS. Be sure to examine items closely and carefully before you pay for them. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order, however we do plug them up and make sure they will turn on.
*We are not responsible for accidents. Sale attendee assumes all risks occurring before, during and after the sale, including injury by any cause, and releases the property owner, and their representatives and agents from any and all claims.
*Though we do try to provide for your convenience, we invite you to bring your own bags and packing materials!
*Buyers are responsible for removal of large items purchased by the last day of the sale, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Bring your own help as our employees usually do not help load large items. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
*Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
*NO PUBLIC RESTROOM!
