Seasoned Life Transitions has made every effort to accurately describe and inspect items. All sales are final, as is, with no returns. We do accept cash or credit card. The neighborhood has narrow streets, so please be mindful when parking and driving through the area. We are happy to answer questions about items of interest, but please do not ask for pricing ahead of the event. We can offer some assistance, but we do not have the manpower or equipment to move furniture or pack items for you. Come prepared with what you need to take your purchases home. Please do not break up lot items or remove price tags. Seasoned Life Transitions is not responsible for any accidents on or within the property. Due to the amount of items in the home, the number of shoppers allowed in at one time will be limited to 10. Please leave the children at home if under the age of 5.

They are downsizing their home in The Colony right off Lake Lewisville (the home is also for sale). For those who love Chico's, Coldwater Creek, and Chrishopher Banks clothing, we have a rack of new to practically new items from those brands, as well as, jewelry and accessories. There are five racks of ladies and men's clothing for sale. Ladies sizes range from Medium to XL and Size 12 to 16. Men's clothes are around waist 34. We also have quite a selection of shoes; handbags, scarves, hats, and jewelry. We also have coats and jackets that include a real leather jacket and a vintage black mink jacket. We are also selling a pretty large inventory of jewelry from costume to the precious metals and gemstones. There are vintage pieces from the 50's, 60's, and 70's, too.
Collector's are going to want to check out the old button collection that includes art nouveau period, art deco period, brand name, military and government, novelty, and many other types of buttons. We have some old newspapers and magazines from the space age period 50 years ago through the Nixon scandal. We have a large canister full of vintage marbles collected by my client when he was little. My client is letting go of her father's Masonic uniform and medals who was an Eminent Commander in the Knights of the Templar. There are some very collectible items in this collection. We also have parts of a Harrington & Richardson 622 pistol, as well as, a Crosman .177 caliber pellet gun for sale.
