If you have written checks with us in the past we will accept CHECKS
CREDIT CARDS with an additional form of ID, i.e. valid driver's license. There will be a service charge added to all credit card transactions.
No large bags, purses or pocketbooks in the sale, please leave them in your car.
We reserve the right to ask you to open your bag and inspect it during the sale.
We may limit the number of people in the house at one time.
No Children under 13 years of age will be admitted into the sale.
