1. Registration & Bidding

All bidders must register through HiBid and provide accurate contact information and a valid credit or debit card.

By registering and placing a bid, bidders acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All bids are binding. Bidders are responsible for reviewing lot descriptions, photographs, pickup requirements, and shipping eligibility before placing a bid.

Please do not bid unless you intend to complete your purchase and can meet the applicable pickup or shipping requirements.

Parker Place Estate Sales & Noteworthy Finds reserves the right to decline or revoke bidding privileges when reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the auction.

2. Buyer's Premium & Sales Tax

A 20% buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid amount of each lot.

Applicable sales tax will be charged in accordance with Texas law.

Buyers claiming a valid sales tax exemption must provide the appropriate documentation before payment is processed.

3. Payment

All bidders must provide a valid credit or debit card during registration. Payment information will be verified through the AuctionFlex360/HiBid payment processing system.

ALL WINNING BIDDERS WILL HAVE THEIR REGISTERED PAYMENT CARDS AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOLLOWING THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.

Charges will include the winning bid amount, buyer's premium, and applicable sales tax.

NO CASH OR CHECK PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

All purchases must be paid in full before items will be released for pickup or shipping.

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, the winning bidder is responsible for promptly resolving the issue with Parker Place Estate Sales & Noteworthy Finds.

Shipping charges and applicable handling fees for eligible lots will be billed separately once calculated.
4. Item Condition — All Sales Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, AS FOUND, AND WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES. NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW.

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs. However, items are part of an estate and may show signs of age, wear, use, damage, or other imperfections.

Descriptions and photographs are provided to assist bidders but may not identify every flaw or condition issue.

Bidders are responsible for reviewing all available information and asking questions before bidding.

Unless specifically stated in a lot description, electrical items, appliances, electronics, and other equipment are not guaranteed to be in working condition.

Brand names, ages, materials, and other identifying information are based on available markings and research and should not be considered independent authentication unless expressly stated.

5. Auction Closing & Online Bidding

This is an online-only auction hosted through HiBid.

Lots will begin closing on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 6:30 PM CST.

Lots may close at staggered intervals, and bidding extensions may apply according to the auction's configured closing rules.

Bidders are responsible for monitoring their bids and internet connections. Parker Place cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the bidding platform.

In the event of a significant technical interruption, Parker Place reserves the right, subject to applicable law and platform rules, to pause, extend, or reschedule affected bidding.

6. Pickup Dates & Location

Pickup is scheduled for Saturday, November 14, and Sunday, November 15, 2026.

The pickup location is a private residence in Trophy Club, Texas. The exact address and pickup instructions will be provided to winning bidders.

IMPORTANT — DIRECTIONS & SIGNAGE: Trophy Club permits only ONE sign at the property. There will be NO directional signs throughout the neighborhood. Please have the pickup address and directions ready BEFORE arriving. Do not rely on signs to locate the property.

Please respect the residence, neighboring properties, driveways, and neighborhood parking restrictions.

7. Packing, Moving & Loading

Most smaller items will be brought outside from the home and placed on tables for winning bidders to collect, pack, and load.

Please bring your own boxes, packing materials, and assistance as needed.

Winning bidders purchasing large furniture or appliances will be permitted inside the residence to collect those items.

ALL BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THEIR OWN LABOR AND EQUIPMENT TO MOVE, CARRY, AND LOAD LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS.

Parker Place staff will NOT be available to assist with moving, carrying, or loading furniture and other heavy items.

Some furniture, including bookcases and a wooden desk, is located upstairs and must be moved downstairs by the winning bidder or their designated movers.

Individual lot descriptions will identify items located upstairs.

Buyers must take reasonable care to avoid damaging the residence or surrounding property during removal. Any damage should be reported immediately to Parker Place staff.

8. Shipping

Shipping will be available on select lots only, as indicated in individual lot descriptions.

Shipping is not available for every item. Bidders requiring shipping must verify that a lot is eligible before placing a bid.

A $5 shipping and handling fee will apply per shipment, in addition to actual shipping costs.

Multiple lots will be combined into one box whenever practical, with only one $5 handling fee charged for that combined shipment.

Items requiring separate boxes or shipments may incur additional handling fees.

Shipping charges will be calculated after the auction based on the size, weight, packaging requirements, and destination of the shipment. All packages will be shipped on or before November 23.

9. Unclaimed Purchases & Missed Pickup

All purchases designated for local pickup must be collected during the scheduled pickup dates and times unless Parker Place has approved alternative arrangements in writing.

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT ARRANGE PICKUP.
