All items sold as is, where is, with no refunds or exchanges. Please come prepared to carry you own items...or bring help with you when you come back to pick up your purchases :-) All items are subject to prior sale. This sale is just off Old Jacksonville Hwy, Between Sunnybrook Drive, Near Good Shepherd Reformed Episcopal Church/School and behind Grace Community Church/School.

Parking on South Robertson Avenue, Graham Drive, Powers Drive and Ellis Drive. Please, be very careful on Robertson... it is already narrow, and if we have vehicles on both sides of the road... please look before opening your doors.... Thank you!

You are welcome to walk up the driveway to avoid the many steps to the front porch.

The Driveway is available for picking up furniture and larger purchases.

If you cannot climb stairs, or steep driveway, please text Victor at: 903-216-6721 , THIRTY MINUTES prior to arrival and we will try to accommodate.
