* This is an online Auction for the Estate of RJ Mooney. It includes the beautiful upscale contents of his home, his 1992 Chev Service Truck and his Extensive Tool Collection.

* Terms:  Cash, Wire Transfer,  Most Credit Card and Debit Cards. 
* Auction Method: Online and on May 1 from 10-2pm

* Bidding Period: Now thru ___________ May 1 (Soft Close)  Starts closing 7pm CST
* Pickup: day after auction close _______ May 2 from 10-4PM (NO EXCEPTIONS)

* Preview: Online and in Person on May 1 from 10-2pm

* Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.

* Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount  on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. 

* Declined Cards: There is a $65 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. 

* Large Invoices:  Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for all amounts over $500.

* Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment.  Please bring your own boxes and packing material. 

* Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us.

* Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash

* Note: No Shipping This Auction
