Auction Terms & Conditions All sales are final and all property is sold "As is, Where is." It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to describe all these items to try to give you a visual of the item you are bidding on. We describe them to the best of our ability and many times rely on information from the consignor that is given to us. If you have questions or are NOT SURE about the condition of or anything pertaining to an item in our auction please do not hesitate to pick up the phone and give us a call.

It is spring time in Texas and we are still clearing out our inventory so be sure to look through the lots and bid on items you want! We will be adding items through Tuesday afternoon as we had a computer glitch but be sure to check back and definitely watch your items on Saturday as the soft closing begins Saturday, April 25th at 7 PM. Auction pick-up is Sunday, April 26th between 1-4 in Noonday (Noonday Business Park). If you can't pick-up on Sunday - call us. We will make appointments but all items must be paid by 4 PM on Sunday unless other arrangements are made. If you need shipping - lets talk! We will ship most items. We ship through Pirate ship which we've been told is the cheapest avenue. All shipping invoices must be paid within 3 days of receipt. Our drop off location is closed on the weekend so we ship on Monday-Friday.
