Auction Terms & Conditions All sales are final and all property is sold "As is, Where is." It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to describe all these items to try to give you a visual of the item you are bidding on. We describe them to the best of our ability and many times rely on information from the consignor that is given to us. If you have questions or are NOT SURE about the condition of or anything pertaining to an item in our auction please do not hesitate to pick up the phone and give us a call.

Auction will begin to close at 5 PM on SUNDAY, MAY 31. ALL items must be paid for prior to 5 PM on MONDAY, JUNE 1. Contact 936-671-3030 with any questions or to make appointments.

Pick up will be MONDAY, June 1 between 11 AM - 5 PM. Appointments for pick-up can be made for Tuesday-Friday if needed as long as payment is made on MONDAY by 5 PM. Noonday Business Park on Hwy 155, #401, Tyler, TX If you can not pick up during the allotted time and you do not make an appointment and come at that time you will forfeit your items and your card on file will be charged. We are sorry - there is a lot of work that takes place the day of pick-up. Thank you! Please bring help and necessary tools, dolly & manpower for loading. We will NOT have personnel to help during load out. Also, don't forget boxes and paper to wrap items you win. If paying with cash - let us know before 12:00 NOON on pick up day and bring EXACT change as we will not have change. We do take cash app if you prefer.
