Cash and Personal Check with DL. Because of the CDC Social Distancing Guidelines, we are limiting entry to 20 customers at a time. Due to the limiting number of people allowed in at one time, do not bring children or pets to the sale. We want everyone to be safe and have fun. This is wonderful sale with lots of items for your home and garden.
Please bring help to carry and load your items. We will provide the name of a local moving company or use one of your choice. No items can be marked sold without having been paid for in advanced. Everything is sold as-is, no returns, no refunds and no exceptions. There is NO bathroom facility available at this sale. We nor the owners are responsible for any accidents while shopping or removing items purchased for the property.

Six Windsor style black chairs and an Amish made farm table and open china cabinet which will be sold separately. Antique Heywood-Wakefield wicker sofa table and dressing table with metal tags. Current outdoor wicker style sofa and ottoman with matching chair (sold separately), black wicker high back chair with cushion.
