We accept cash and credit cards (for purchase of $10 or more). No checks please.
All items sold as is. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
Sales tax will be collected. If you are tax exempt, please provide a copy of your tax exempt form.
Bids will be taken for larger items. Reasonable offers will be presented to the owner.
Please be aware that items pictured may be removed by the owner before the sale.
Bring help to load large items.
Items not picked up by 4:00 p.m. on Saturday will be donated to charity.
We are not responsible for accidents or injury, lost or stolen items.
A sign-up sheet will be at the front door by 10:00 am on the first day of the sale. No email sign in.
