Victor graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1940. He served as a pilot in the United States Air Force during World War II and the Korean war. Victor continued to serve in the Air Force Reserves and retired as a Major in 1982.  He was the first Allstate Insurance agent in Victoria and retired from the company after 46 years.
