All children must be with parent at all times inside/outside of house. For large items sold, pick up can be immediate unless otherwise posted at the sale. Please be respectful and do not block driveways or double park. Taxes are collected at point of sale. If you are TAX-EXEMPT, please have tax exempt form or you will have to fill one out at our sale. All sales have uneven walkways, steps etc that can be hazardous. Please be mindful of your ability to navigate hallways, steps, inclines and uneven surfaces.
