- We gladly accept cash and credit cards as a form of payment. No checks.

- Street parking only. Please be courteous to the neighbors and do not block the driveway or any mailboxes.

- All Sales Final: All items are sold **AS IS, WHERE IS** with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

- Buyers are responsible for moving, loading, and transporting all purchased items. **Our staff will not be available to assist with moving large or heavy items.** Please bring adequate help and any necessary equipment.

- Large items must be removed during the designated sale hours unless other arrangements have been made with staff.

- By entering the property, you acknowledge that you do so **at your own risk.** Crown & Curio Auction Company, the property owner, and the estate are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damage to persons or property while attending the sale.

- Children are welcome but must remain supervised by an adult at all times.

- Please Be Respectful, Help us preserve the home and its contents by handling items carefully and respecting the property. Do not go into rooms or cabinets that are marked "No Entry" or "Private"

- NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS
