• First come first serve AND time does not permit us to answer any phone calls about the sales.
• If you do not want to pay sales tax you must present a paper copy of your valid Resale Sales and Use License.
• No one under 15 years of age is allowed on the property.
• All items are sold AS IS and all SALES ARE FINAL.
• Cash/Master Card/Discover/VISA are the ONLY forms of payment accepted. Please bring the proper form of payment. For purchases under $75.00 it is cash only and for purchases over $75.00 you can use Master Card, Discover or Visa.
• If you buy it make sure you can move it yourself. We simply sell the treasures we are NOT movers.
** NO BIG PURSES must fit into a 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper to come into the house
**The address is released 2 hours before the sale**
**YOU are responsible for removing your items by the end of the sale unless you have signed contract stating otherwise**

Antique Store since 1923 is CLOSING...no one has been in this Grand Old Store for about 6 years!!
We are planning to SELL TO THE BARE WALLS on Saturday..but if we need to we will re-open Sunday!!
We will be selling it ALL...Antiques, Collectibles, Primitives...it is BEYOND FULL and PACKED...MUCH LARGER than you can imagine (Over 4000 sq. feet PACKED plus building nearby with overflow)
This will be a MAKE A PILE SALE!! Only furniture (other than maybe 20 pieces or so) will have prices everything else well be make a pile. Prices will be GREAT so bring boxes, trucks and trailers this will be a fun and glorious way to start the new year!
*The photo that has the RED SELF SERVE SIGN is the beginning of photos that feature the SUPER COOL Antique Store that specializes in antique and vintage signs and other cool stuff by the name of Holub's 5 & 10. This great store will be open at 8am on Saturday and stay open through the day. These items are NOT part of the estate sale but they are cool and just 5 or so buildings down from us so plenty to see and do to say the least
