You will be asked to leave immediately. • NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS: There are absolutely no public restrooms available on the premises. • ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or personal mishaps. • WATCH YOUR STEP: Please be extremely cautious when moving through the property. • RESPECT THE PROPERTY: Do not enter areas marked "PRIVATE" or taped off. n ENTRY & SHOPPING • No Purses or Bags: No purses, backpacks, or bags of any size allowed inside. • Age Limit: No children under 15 years old permitted inside. • No Pets: Only certified service animals are allowed on the property. • Line Order: First come, first served. Do not cut in line or rush the doors. • Capacity Limits: We limit the number of people inside at one time. n PURCHASES & PAYMENTS • Hold Table Policy: Items placed on the hold table with a price tag are considered SOLD. • Bundling: We are happy to bundle multiple items together for a deal at checkout. • Payment Types: We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. No checks. • All Sales Final: Every item is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No refunds or returns. • Pricing: All items are priced as marked. Tag switching results in removal. n MOVING & LOADING • Strict Pick-Up Deadline: All items must be picked up by 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 22, 2026. • No Extensions: Absolutely no items will be held past this date and time. • Furniture Pick-Up Only: Only large furniture items may be left for later pick-up. • Pack Your Own Items: You must pack and wrap your own items. We do not pack them. • Bring Help: You must move, lift, and load your own purchases.
