Sales Tax will be added to final sales price.
Nothing will be sold before 10:00 on the first day of the sale.
Cash, approved check, or major credit cards accepted.
Items priced at $40.00 or more may be bid on with sealed bids. If you bid more than 1/2 the marked price, I will call you Friday night for you to pick the items up on Saturday. If you bid 1/2 or less, I will call you when we close on Saturday.
Prices are firm until Saturday, when everything left will be offered at 1/2 the marked price, (unless marked on the item that a particular item will not be at half off).
All sales are final, and the items are sold "as is, where is.
- We will not sell early.
- We try to provide bags or boxes but we recommend you bring a box just in case.

Description & Details

 

This estate sale is in the old tiny farm community of Reagor Springs, TX between Ennis and Waxahachie, TX.    This is the estate of a long time area resident, Mary Hartsfield.   The house and out buildings are full of items so keep checking back for additions, added photos, and item descriptions. 

Please observe the parking boundaries And Early birds the gate will be closed till we arrive.  We open at 10 am not before 10 am.
