Too close 2 Home.  Well this is my Mother's Estate sale.  House will NOT be sold.  All items for sale in the home have price tags on them.  Please do not remove the tags unless your purchasing the items.  There will also be items from our recently closed Retail store for sale  here as well.  YES, the large 20x20 party tent in the back yard is for sale ($700.00).  We have used it 4 times and its a great heavy duty tent for asll occasions.  Some items in the home will be marked NFS (NOT FOR SALE).  There are several flat screen TV's, Electronics, collectibles, antiques, houseware items available.  Please see the pictures as I will try and get this huge sale organized and pictured.  NO EARLY SALES, as usual, to keep the peace.  First come first serve. This is a very sensitive and important sale for A Step Back'n Time due to it being my Mother's Estate.  It will be personal and emotional for all of us working it.  PLEASE be kind!!  Remember the rules #1.  First day don't ask for discounts.  #2 Second day feel free to make generous offers.  #3 Day three,  bring it on and lets clear it out.  Day three will have most items at 50% off, however,  there will be some items of value that we will work out our best prices for you, the customer.  Lori Perz has put her heart and soul into this sale and I thank her and the other family members for helping get this set up and underway.  Hope to see you there!
