—We will not be available to load items for you at this sale. Please be sure to arrange for help when picking up your merchandise.
—Large furniture purchases may need to be picked up after business hours.
—Credit and cash only.
—Items are not refundable and must be picked up by the last business day (unless arrangements have been made prior to purchase). MUST SHOW PROOF OF PURCHASE upon pick up..

PART TWO will include sewing notions and machines, craft supplies, yarn and knitting supplies, furniture, a fully-stocked kitchen, electronics, patio furniture, clothing and decor.
Whether you are a skilled quilter, seamstress or a novice to the craft, this estate sale is packed with beautiful fabrics--solids and prints, that will surely appeal to everyone. Our shelves are consist of full and half-full bolts, pre-cut and prepackaged pieces, remnants and started quilt projects. We are in the process of pulling out dozens of boxed fabrics--more than likely, vintage--and will post the photos once they are pulled out.
Most fabric will be sold by the pound.
