We accept credit cards and cash. No CHECKS. Any credit card amount; no credit card fee.

All sales are final. Items sold as-is. 8.25% sales tax INCLUDED in price.

Although we try to help when possible, many times we are unable to provide assistance with furniture, so please plan on packing and loading your purchases. Furniture purchases will need to be picked up by NOON Monday.

Parking is limited to the street only, please pull off the road best you can and do not block driveways or mailboxes. The driveway to the property will be reserved for customer load-up only.

*Bring your shopping bags, but check them with our Holds Staff before you start shopping.

*We provide a complimentary wrap station as you exit to further secure your fragile items.

*We are not responsible for accident or injury during the sale.

*Children must be supervised by you at all times; they may look but not touch.

*This home is not handicapped accessible, and there are no public restrooms.

*Entry and Exit will be through the Gate and in the Back Door.
