Estate Sale

This Estate Sale will include a variety of couches, love seats, chairs, a dining room set, bar stools, entertainment tables and cabinet.  There are dishes, pots and pans, stem ware and all the other typical kitchen items you can think of.  There are nice sheet sets, bath towels, curtains, pillows and more bedding items.   There are many items outside finds including gloves of all kinds, electrical items, tools, lawn tools, metal filing cabinets, decorations, glasswares, foaming hand soaps/sanitizers (wipes and liquids), rugs, and lots more.

We have two bedrooms that have been done by a very talented interior decorator and would like to share those with you.  There is a queen sized bedroom set that consists of the bedspread, draperies, many pillows, round table cover, throw cover and bed-skirt as well as pictures for the wall that compliment the set.  There is a like-new queen mattress and a box springs set available.  There are also bedroom sets that would make this a complete bedroom, consisting of a queen bed frame/headboard and two night stands.  One set has a dresser with mirror while the other has a chest of drawers and a vanity-type dressing table with a swivel mirror attached.  

The second room we have decorated is a little girl's room.  This is a beautiful room consisting of a twin bedspread with bedskirt and lots and lots of pillows in a pink, white and green theme.  The window covering is absolutely precious for one window.  There are matching/coordinating wall decorations and floor rug that pull it all together.  There is also a white bookshelf in this room.  Since this room is for little girls, we have clothes, shoes, and other items mainly for girls with a few little boy things. 

We have a very special kid's corner that has been set up by our granddaughter with both new and used toys, plushies, games, chalks, tablets, etc.  This could very well be a Christmas in March for little girls on your list.  She has included a basket of small items that are free.

We will have a section that is more suited to pricier items that are collectibles or vintage items.  Also there will be 2 Thomas Kincade paintings with certificates.

Most women's clothing will fall into the smaller sizes.  Jeans are 6-8, tops are small to medium, dresses are 6-8.  Numerous shoes also 5-7 range and purses of the smaller size.

Home appliances are not for sale.
