EARTH WIND AND FIRE GO OFF GRID IN FISCHER STORE

This delightful couple is moving back home to Scotland. He was a TxDOT contractor she was a legal secretary for a large environmental legal group in Austin. These folks are the salt of the earth and intended to live off of it. Included in this sale are solar panels new and in the Box, inclusive of 4, new 105 Trojan Batteries, wind turbines, a cache of freeze dried food. In addition there are cars, yes I said car(S)..... a 1984  turbo diesel 300 Mercedes touring car, clean clean clean , super low mileage! And a very nice and cared for a 2009 Honda Civic with 175 000 miles and new transmission and a two-and-a-half-year-old battery and computer chip.  Also,   a completely refurbished 16 foot like new pipe trailer, small appliances including a KitchenAid professional grade mixer, a stand-alone pressure cooker, a ice cream maker, various kitchen items linens leather European couch and chair ,  plasma TV, Bose speakers, king size bedroom suite,  chests,  dressers,  couch,  dining room table,  hutch,  chairs,  an incredible redwood slab coffee table and a approximately 5 ftX2.5 ft burl natural edge redwood slab chosen from a Washington sawmill and hand finished  in the 1980's by the owner. Any items priced over $100 will be available for pre-sale with a 10% premium added. These items will be available up to 12 noon on Thursday prior to the Friday of the sale. Must show valid driver's license in order to test drive the vehicles. Both cars have clean valid titles.   The price  listed on the vehicles are the buy-it-now prices (+ 10% premium if purchased prior to the sale). If not purchased prior to the sale we will determine a minimum amount and start the bidding from there with the highest bid winning on Sunday afternoon.
