Lovely Home and Inviting Estate in Windcrest

Today is 50% OFF day!  This is a beautiful, well cared for home and yard in Windcrest with some very lovely mahogany furniture, crystal, china, an exquisite china cabinet, and some handsome Chinese plates, saucers, bowls and glassware.  The kitchen is full of glasses, dishes and cooking ware, and a Frigidaire upright refrigerator w/ ice maker.  Down the hall to the laundry room you'll find a Black & Decker Toaster/Broiler. Worth, as well as two gorgeous, taxidermied pheasants.  Several charming, large oriental rugs,  area rugs, and a runner grace the floors.  The patio is loaded with furnishings including an L-shaped desk, patio table with four cushioned chairs on rollers.  In the yard you'll discover a wheelbarrow, garden hose carrier/dispenser, and a  beautifully crafted wrought iron planter.  In the garage there's a great workbench holding a Black & Decker double 6" grinder and a 19" Stanley toolbox, as well as a vintage wooden box with a sliding drawer full of bits,  along with a complete ratchet socket set, an electric drill with a great selection of bits, a large selection of limb cutters,  screwdrivers, files, chisels and screws and nails, including a varied assortment  in a large plastic case with sliding drawers.  There are actually three card tables,  and also several shelving units, one which is a most sturdy, heavy metal .  If you need a tennis racquet, there are 7 of them; all metal.  Christmas items include wreaths, lights, lighted garland, a lighted 6.5' Christmas Tree and another 6' Christmas tree in their original boxes, as well as, other Christmas items.  There's a good selection of hand and yard tools, and a 6' metal,  step ladder.  To round out the garage, there's a tree limb cutter, a trimmer, a bow saw, hand saw, and a Black & Decker weedeater.  In the den you'll see brass bookends (eagles and horses heads), candle holders and lamps, and throughout the house there are standing lamps, and several ornate ceramic/porcelain decorative table lamps and vases you would love to take home, along with a most comfortable, warmly cushioned sofa.  There's a nice selection of books, including several large table display picture books.  The vases in this home are truly works of art: stunning vases made in Japan, China, and  Germany.  4 Nieman-Marcus coffee cups and some highly decorative mugs and steins decorate the built-in bookshelves.  A huge selection of extension cords and power surge bars enable you to have power wherever you need it.  A comfy-looking King-size, Chinese bedroom suite, complete with chest of drawers and dresser fill out one bedroom, which also holds men's clothing, jackets, boots and shoes.  Another bedroom  has a full-sized bedroom suite with a gorgeous headboard, night stands and dresser.  Two self propelled gas lawn mowers, one a Toro and the other a 4.5 Horsepower Quantum would benefit any yard worker.  Two metal filing cabinets, one with 4 drawers, and the other with two, and another one made of sturdy fiberglass round out the current picture, but there is much, much more.  You really must come see it all.  We open this morning again at 9:00 AM and will BE open until 3:00 PM at 325 Cloudmont Dr.  Hope to see you there!
