Items in the auction can normally be previewed the day before the auction is held. Hours for preview are 10:00am - 3:00pm. Items in the auction can also be previewed by making an appointment by calling 806-478-1466. See Preview Date/Time in auction details for more information.

**There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased.**

All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card.

You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this.

*PAYMENT TERMS: PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON THE LAST DAY OF OUR SCEDULED PICK UP. ALL PAYMENTS ARE TO BE PROCESSED THROUGH: ATXLUB, LLC DBA WEST TEXAS AUCTIONS (PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE UPON PICK UP WITH A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD). INVOICES NOT PAID FOR BY END OF BUSINESS ON THE LAST DAY OF PICKUP WILL BE CHARGED TO CREDIT CARD USED TO REGISTER TO BID.

NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED.

All merchandise is sold “As Is” and “Where Is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind.

Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information.

*Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – West Texas Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed.*
