Our Estate Sale this week is the living estate of Mr. & Mrs. Harvey Dierschke.  Two lives joined to make new memories.  Harvey a long-time resident of Woodsboro & Joyce in Refugio.  Working in this home that was built in 1910 and an original homestead of the Boenig Family from 1910-1990 this home is amazing in and of itself and will soon be on the market for sale.  Appreciating the beautiful surroundings and structure of this home.

NOTE:  This home is in the country that having been said please be aware of your surroundings.  The home is set back from the road and entrance onto the property.  In addition, most GPS systems aren’t showing the house so please watch for our signs.  The best directions are as you go towards Sinton/Woodsboro once you get to the Dairy Queen in Woodsboro you will make a right turn go over railroad tracks follow around.  Please note that WIFI Internet Connection at this site is next to nil so please plan accordingly.  This will be a cash only sale with maybe credit card depending on signal.  We have tried running all equipment with boosters etc., to no avail.  Thank you for your understanding.
