NO EARLY SALES : There will be no early shopping or presales. We will not provide prices or information on items shown in sale pictures prior to the start sale. All sales are first come first served. Items will not be held and payment over the phone will not be accepted.
PAYMENTS : Cash is always preferred; however, we also accept Credit Cards and Apple Pay. A small fee will be charged on card and Apple Pay purchases.
PURCHASING AND PICKUP : Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting all purchases. Please bring help to load large items - All items MUST be picked up during sale hours
ALL SALES ARE FINAL : Items are sold as is with no refunds or exchanges.
Please be respectful to the homeowner, staff, other shoppers and the neighbors. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.

Come join Silver Bee for a fun out of the box sale event! ONE DAY ONLY 3PM TO 7PM - CASH PREFERRED! This house will be clean and sorted, but not fully staged so come ready to hunt for treasures! Less than 20 items will have set prices so come in, make a pile and set YOUR OWN PRICE! There will be a minimum of $1 per item and only reasonable offers will be accepted. Not sure what a reasonable offer is??? Just give us a number and we can chat about it! We need to clear the house for our client and want to treat our customers to a fun event. We hope to see you Wednesday afternoon!
