Cash/checks/Venmo preferred. Will accept debit/credit cards but fees will be added. We have a dolly for large items for you to use. Bring help to load furniture etc. We will provide no help to load. No early sales or visitors. You are welcome to contact us during sale by text or email for pricing or questions . Items must be removed the day of sale unless raining. All sales are final - items sold in "as is” condition.

Country Estate Sale with everything from tractors and implements to stuff we have pulled out of barns (lots more to dig through) plus home furnishings. Wonderful collection of Texas,western and Lavaca county books, gun, ammo, silver coins and more!!

Farm Equipment- John Deere 5210 1998/99 model, 45 hp diesel with loader. Ford 4000 with front end loader. Runs, needs carburetor. Massey Ferguson MF 35 project tractor, 2 shredders, plow, disc, hay spear, auger, scoop, older cattle trailer, chicken coop, metal tubs

Barn Stuff- Cast iron stove, dearborn heater, vintage washtubs and stands, Nice clawfoot bathtub, old Sonic metal umbrella, vintage telephone booth, telephone sign, cast iron cookware, wrought iron bed, old bicycles, boards and rusty collectibles (great yard art/planters)

Furniture- Entertainment cabinet, Texas TV stand, side table, Vintage chest of drawer, Gun cabinet, dresser with mirror, floor mirror, table and chairs, vintage aluminum dining tables and chairs, small refrigerator. chest freezer, cedar wardrobe, small side tables, sewing machines, Hunter fans

Front and back porch of house full. Three car garage also full, as well as front yard!

Do not enter the home. Only a loveseat is available for sell inside. Ask if you want to see it - family still in residence.
