‼️Buyers are responsible for removing big furniture pieces and any furniture from upstairs - we will not be responsible for carry out and loading.‼️

*We will be limiting entry onto the property as we see fit. No numbers will be given.

* No Pre-Sales, No Early Birds, First come-First serve. ALL SALES FINAL – All items are sold “as is” with no returns, no exchanges.

*Come & Organize It and/or the property owners are not responsible for accidents. Please use caution, watch your step and thank you for shopping and hanging with us!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
•All purchases must be paid in full the day of the sale. Cash, NO Credit Card purchases over $1000, and personal or Business checks will be accepted ONLY if accompanied by a ”Bank Letter of Guarantee”.
•All items are offered "as is, as found" with no guarantees or warranties and ALL sales are considered final.
•Although we try to help when possible many times we are unable to provide assistance with larger items, so please plan on packing and loading your purchases.
•Limited supply of boxes, bags and wrap
•Items purchased will need to be picked up by 4pm on the last day of the sale.
•Online & Phone Sales Welcome! Call to see if what you want is still there or just text 830-263-1885. Customers present always trump online sales
•Come and Organize It or property owners is not responsible for accidents
•No large handbags allowed
•No unattended children
•No sign up sheet, so get there early to get a place in line. Will allow a certain number of people inside accordingly.
•ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY BIRDS OR PRE SALES
•We are very busy trying to get the sales together so be understanding to delayed response
•We want everyone to enjoy our sales, please be respectful to others and my team
•We will have a holding area to make your shopping more enjoyable
•We accept cash, credit card, Venmo, or Paypal. •We charge sales tax.
•You will need to fill a new form if you are tax exempt.
