- LIABILITY WAIVER: Visit this property at your own discretion. The estate nor the party handling the estate sale are liable for any accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability.Please be careful.
-All Sales are FINAL. All items are sold AS-IS. No Warranties, Returns, or Exchanges. You must examine all items closely prior to purchasing. We do our best to test all electronics and inspect all items prior to tagging.
-We accept: Cash, Venmo, and Credit Cards ($10.00 minimum). A 3% surcharge fee will be added to all contactless transactions.
-Doors open at the published time, no early entries.
-Prices are not quoted via incoming messages.
-Be nice to thy fellow estate shopper. There will be no arm wrestling over the 1980’s Walkman (we know the nostalgia is a tough one to hold back). Please do not take anything from someone else's hands along with the ‘HOLD’ area, we will not tolerate this and you will be asked to leave the premises.
-Buyer is responsible for removal of their purchased items, we are not able to assist or move customer purchases. Please plan accordingly to bring extra help with you and an appropriate vehicle to load heavy/bulky items.
-All item(s) must be picked up within the Estate Sale operating hours, or before 12:00 pm on the last day of the sale. Any item(s) left will be donated with no refund.
-The driveway is for pickup only. Please park on the street and be courteous to the neighbors. Don’t block driveways or park on the grass, or you could be towed.
-Day 1 of Sale: All items are firm on the price.
-Day 2 of Sale: 25% OFF EVERYTHING! *Unless the item is marked otherwise.
-Day 3 of Sale: 50% OFF EVERYTHING! *Unless the item is marked otherwise.

~ We kindly ask you do not haggle the pricing. We do extensive research to appropriately price each item.

-We reserve the right to limit the number of customers inside during the sale hours.
-We understand accidents happen, we ask you to handle the items with extreme care. If an item valued over $20.00 is broken or damaged - you will be held responsible for 50% of the cost.
